RETURN POLICY

Please contact BAZ and BEA within two weeks of receiving your purchase.  

BAZ and BEA is not responsible for damage caused by improper cleaning, dry cleaning, or normal wear and tear of all garments and accessories.  Regarding the care of hand dyed items, please read over HOW TO CARE FOR DYED APPAREL in the link below. 

All items that we have custom dyed or embellished are done by hand, and as such there may be variations in color, pattern or effect. We try to represent all items on bazandbea.com in their true fashion, but hand dyed items may have slight variations in tone. 

We will replace or issue refunds for defective products only.  If you find a problem with an purchase we will replace that item with the same item --if available.  We may ask you to return the item (at no cost to you) before we refund your purchase. Please use the CONTACT US form through this site (www.bazandbea.com) to request a return mailing label before mailing any return to BAZ and BEA.
